What should I do when my card is declined?
Retry with the same card, try to add another card, relaunch the app, or contact your bank.
To resolve card decline issues, try these steps:
Ensure your card is activated - contact your card-issuing bank to check the status of your card
Remove and re-add your card to the app, or try a different card:
Tap the Menu button (icon with three lines) in the top left corner
Tap "REMOVE CARD" and confirm removal
Return to the Menu
Tap "ADD CARD" and enter your card details
Try booking another parking session

If this doesn't work, try fully closing and relaunching the app. Make sure both your phone's operating system and the Parking.sg app are up to date.
If the issue persists, consider deleting and reinstalling the app. Note that your history will be deleted. To export your history, please refer here for instructions.
