Why was I billed on days I did not drive?
Parking sessions are combined into 1 bill when the total reaches $5 or after 2 days, which ever comes first.
How do I add or change my credit/debit card?
Add or update your payment card details in the app
How do I appeal a fine?
Submit an appeal via the carpark management's online appeal channel
How do I change my licence plate?
Changed your vehicle? Update or change your licence plate in the app.
How do I add a new vehicle?
If you have another vehicle, add its licence plate in the app to pay for its parking sessions.
How do I select a carpark?
Select a car park for your parking session
What should I do when my card is declined?
Retry with the same card, try to add another card, relaunch the app, or contact your bank.
