Why was I billed on days I did not drive?
Parking sessions are combined into 1 bill when the total reaches $5 or after 2 days, which ever comes first.
Parking sessions are combined into a single bill
The Parking.sg app combines multiple parking sessions into a single credit card charge, through a process called batching.
Hence, bank SMS alerts or charges may appear on days when you did not park - this is normal.
Your pending parking payments will be batched when either:
The total reaches $5, or
After 2 days,
whichever comes first.
As a result, your parking bills may contain either a single session or multiple sessions, depending on how the payments are combined.
The combined charges will appear on your bank statement after 2 days as "PARKING.SG BILL_XXXXXXX" (where XXXXXX is your unique bill reference number).
Verify your charges in the app
To verify your charges, you can match the Bill ID (PARKING.SG BILL_XXXXXXX) on your bank statement with the records in the app:
Open the app Menu (☰)
Select 'HISTORY'
Go to 'BILLS' to view your combined sessions
You can then compare the Bill IDs and amounts between your credit card statement and the app.

Compare 'Bills' page on app against your bank statement
