How do I appeal a fine?

To appeal your parking offence notice(s), please submit an application via the respective carpark management's online appeal channel.

1. Identify the government agency that manages the carpark on your notice slip i.e. URA, HDB or JTC

2. Identify the notice number

3. Visit the respective sites to submit your appeal

   • URA

   • HDB

   • JTC

The relevant officers will investigate your case and reply to you directly.
