How do I add or change my credit/debit card?
Add or update your payment card details in the app
Adding a new payment card
To add a new payment card, follow these simple steps:
Tap on the "ADD CARD" button in the top left drop-down menu
Enter the details of your new credit card

Updating your payment card
To update your payment card details, follow these simple steps:
Tap on the "REMOVE CARD" button in the top left drop-down menu
After removing the existing card, tap on "ADD CARD" from the same menu
Enter the details of your new credit card
That's it! Your new card will now be saved in the app and ready to use for your next transactions.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to add your card or receive an error message, please either try again or add another card.
If the problem persists, you will need to contact your bank directly with to find out why this issue happens. To do this please include the following:
Card type: e.g. POSB Passion debit card
Exact date and time of each failed transaction: If you are unable to do so, please contact us to retrieve your history
Description: Parking.sg
The error message you have encountered: e.g. Your card is declined
In the interim, please add an alternate payment card.
